Each year, this foundation holds a fundraising walk called “Take Steps.” This year’s event takes place Sunday, April 22. Join Dr. Flynn by walking and/or donating money to support the 1.6 million Americans suffering from inflammatory bowel disease.

About Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation
The mission of this foundation is to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases (which are collectively known as inflammatory bowel disease). This foundation sponsors research and offers a wide range of educational programs for patients and healthcare professionals. The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation also provides support services to help people cope with these chronic intestinal diseases. All of these programs are supported through donors, grants, fundraising efforts and sponsors.
